Reservation

What is your policy on cancelling a reservation?

Cancellations will not be charged if they are made at least 48 hours before the expected check-in time. For any late cancellation or no-show, you will be billed the first night of the stay. Please note that a week prior to your expected check-in date, a pre-authorization will be made on your bank card as a guarantee to make sure we have the correct banking information. Reservations made through our partners such as booking.com, expedia.com or any other partner site must be cancelled through said partners at all times. We cannot process the cancellation for you.

Can I book a room without a credit card?

No, you need a credit card and you will be asked to provide one at check-in. Please note that you may also be asked to provide a photo ID at check-in.

Arrivals and departures

At what time can we start to check in the hotel on the day of arrival?

You may arrive and access your room as of 4:00 p.m.

What is the latest time I can check out at the end of my stay?

The room must be cleared out by 11:00 a.m. to allow our housekeeping team to prepare the room for the next guests.

Can we check in early or check out late (after 11:00 a.m.)?

This type of request may be handled by our staff ONLY on the day of your arrival. ENQUIRE WITH THE RECEPTION when checking in. Early check-in: Depending on the availability and for an additional charge, you may be able to access your room before 3:00 p.m. Late check-out: Depending on the availability and for an additional charge.

Policies

Are animals allowed in the rooms?

Pets are not allowed. You will be charged a $200.00 penalty should you violate this policy. Only service animals are allowed (proof must be provided at check-in).

Can I bring sports equipment, such as a bike, into my room?

All sports equipment are prohibited in the guest rooms (including bikes).

Is this a fully smoke-free facility ?

All the rooms in the facility are smoke-free. A penalty of $200.00 will apply if you violate the policy and/or if there is a smell of smoke, to cover the cost of eliminating the odour and restoring guest rooms to a smoke-free condition.

What is your policy on damage to hotel property?

Any damage to the room or hotel equipment will be charged to your credit card on file.

What is the policy on the number of guests per room ?

The number of guests must be confirmed when making the reservation and any change must be approved before your arrival. The number of occupants cannot exceed the maximum number of guests allowed. Prices indicated are based on double occupancy and an additional charge of $15.00 per person, per night applies.
